1. Shipping Rates & Thresholds

We believe in straightforward and transparent shipping pricing without hidden fees at checkout.

  • Orders $10.00 USD and Above: FREE SHIPPING on all orders.

  • Orders Under $10.00 USD: A flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99 USD applies to help cover order handling and postal carrier costs.

All shipping calculations are automatically calculated and displayed in your cart total before you complete final checkout.

2. Order Processing & Handling Time

  • Standard Order Handling: All placed orders require 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) to process, package, and dispatch from our warehouse fulfillment center.

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (AEST) on Fridays, during weekends, or on recognized statutory holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

  • Order Modifications: If you need to correct your delivery address or alter item quantities, please email us at [email protected] immediately. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been handed to the logistics carrier, no address alterations can be made.

3. Delivery Estimates & Carrier Timelines

Once your package has been processed and leaves our warehouse facility, estimated delivery times are generally as follows:

  • Standard Delivery Window: 7 to 15 business days, depending on your specific destination location, customs handling times, and local courier routes.

Please note: External circumstances beyond our direct operational control—such as customs clearance delays, severe weather disruptions, statutory holidays, or postal strikes—may occasionally cause minor delivery delays.

4. Order Tracking Information

  • As soon as your order is packed and dispatched, an automated Shipping Confirmation Email containing your unique tracking number and direct tracking link will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

  • Please allow 24 to 48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the postal logistics network to scan and update package movements online.

5. Packaging Care for Fragile & Heavy Items

  • Copy Paper: Paper products are securely wrapped and padded to prevent corner damage, tears, or moisture exposure during transit.

  • Ruler Sets & Pencil Cases: Measuring tools and pencil cases are shock-proofed with protective cushioning to guarantee they arrive unbent and scratch-free.

6. Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

  • Please carefully review your delivery details before finalizing your purchase.

  • The Trustee for Yu Super cannot be held liable for packages delivered to incorrectly entered recipient addresses provided by the buyer.

  • If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an invalid shipping address or failed carrier pickup attempts, the buyer will be responsible for re-shipping fees to send the item again.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking status indicates that your parcel was successfully "Delivered" but you cannot locate it:

  1. Check around your entry steps, porch, mailboxes, or with building management/neighbors.

  2. Allow up to 24 hours (occasionally carriers scan packages slightly ahead of actual drop-off).

  3. Contact your local mail carrier using your tracking number to verify exact drop-off location coordinates.

  4. If you still cannot find your package, contact our support team at [email protected] so we can initiate an official carrier search investigation on your behalf.
